Again won't refund my money for a trip that didn't happen!!!

Had to cancel a trip, the full R62 got deducted. Bolt claiming that only the R19 will be deducted. This has not happened. Asked for someone to call me. This did not happen. And now nobody is responding to my support messages?! Really?! So you protect people who ***ually harras female passengers and then ***** their money too? Anything else?
