Account Unfamilily Suspended

Hi My name is Mpho Rakabe I'm a Bolt driver for BOLT SA On the 6th of July 2025, I took a trip from the airport to Sunninghill on a card payment option.

Firstly the rider had over 2000 trips on the E-hailing platform and I have been a driver for more than 5 years. Before fetching the rider at the airport, I have to communicate with the rider to ensure exact pickup area for both me and the rider, upon fetching this rider, he had a rude way of speaking to me, which I didn't mind because as soon as he was in my car, I didn't utter a word to him except greet him. So the speed limit on the R24, N3 and N1 are, 100km/h, 120km/h and 120km/h right, which I stuck to up until I drop the rider off, in my car I don't use a phone mount for my phone because it has in my past experiences proved that it is risky as a driver to have your phone on display for the whole city to know that you an E-hailing driver because thats how I got ****** before therefore I don't use a phone mount in my car. I even open the door for him because the car has childlock and got his stuff out the boot for him too and gave him a rating of 5 stars

After dropping him off, Bolt sent me message about the trip saying that I was speed and caused discomfort to the rider and that I was busy using my phone.

Today I when I wanted to work and go online, I get a message saying that I'm perminently suspended because I cause discomfort the the users on the Platform, and I asked them why out of my 5 years of experience on the platform do I get suspended for 1 report from a rider that has over 2000 trips, why now if the other riders in my past 5 years have not uttered a complain about my driving or behavior, so I asked them to prove it and now they telling me that they investigated my profile before the suspension, okay fine! If that is the case, why haven't you as Bolt gotten any other complaint about my driving or behavior in the past 5 years?

Now they don't want to reply on my questions I have for them but expect me to keep quiet and accept to this biasness from ten because they want to keep this specific rider happy because he has over 2000 trips?
