******** Account Deduction and Without Authorisation

I had requested a trip on 31 March, at the end of this trip tye prices had exponentially increased, and the charge did not go off - meaning; I was owing BOLT. Now this I understand that the charge woukd go off against said account once funds are sufficient.

However, I just received a notification that BOLT collected this amount from a completely different account - other than the recorded one, which left me asking; why did BOLT authorise this transaction from a different account without my consent? How does BOLT have the authority to do this?
