Accident and lost items while using Bolt services

I was involved in a accident while using Bolt services on the 30th of July 2025. I was the passenger and I got injured on my head and my back so I had to be taken to the hospital. I also lost my chain in that accident and now Bolt is giving me 0 help . In order to help me they asked for the case number from the police which I didn't even get because I was rushed to the hospital before all that . Now when I asked to get in contact with the driver so that he can give me the case number they told me that they can't help me . Bare in mind that this accident didn't take place that long ago so my body is still not 100% but they expect me to go around to get all these details for them. They are one of the worst services to use . So whoever reads this I hope you choose a better service to trust with your life while traveling
