Abusive ehailing ( Bolt)

I had a bad experience driving on bolt, as a result I decided to ask bolt delete my profile permanently . Sadly no response from bolt and the profile is not deleted despite messages I send from the app.

The last time my profile was hacked and someone was using my profile to drive on bolt, that can cause a serious danger to me if something happens.

I won't advise anyone to use this bolt, unless it is at own choice.

Now I'm stuck with the profile that can cause a serious danger to me if someone hacks my profile and use it again.

Bad bad bad bad service.
