A friend of mine had requested a ride for me on Sunday, 26 September 2021. I had 3 camp chairs with me, that the driver assisted to put in the boot of his car. Upon arrival at my destination, I unfortunately forgot about the camp chairs. In the morning of Monday 27 September 2021, I asked the account holder who'd requested the ride to get in touch with the driver and Bolt. He unfortunately couldn't reach the driver, though sent an email to Bolt regarding the forgotten items. It's been over a week and we still have not received any correspondence from Bolt or driver, let alone receive the lost items.
