A bolt drive who frequently *****s from his customers and gets away with it

Had a bad experience with the bolt driver after the ride. On Sunday, the 2nd of November at 21:30, I dropped my phone (iPhone 14) in the car. I noticed literally a minute after getting off, while he was driving off. I got inside the house and asked my cousins to call my phone. My phone kept ringing but he wouldn't pick it up. I then logged onto the app, only to find that he had blocked me. Tried calling his cell but true caller said his name is Mxolisi but on the app it said George and the reviews under this number were horrible. The bolt I was on is a grey Toyota Corolla and the bumper was a bit damaged in the front. The number plate is KH07LF GP. The car might not be his and he goes under different identities. After he *****s from you, he blacks you and changes his identity. Bolt has done nothing about the several complaints they have received from their customers as a result, he is still driving for the company.
