5x extra trip bill..

on the 30th Sept, Bolt charged me R287 for a local trip that was R54 that I paid cash however they debited from my Account, I have been enquiring since then and they said they will get back to me, they also mentioned that the trip was for the 18th Sept of which I also paid cash, I was from Nkanyezi hospital, and I took a trip in Kia Rio vehicle. To this day i have not received my money and no feedback provided.
