This app is daylight *******. Their pre-authorisation system is extremely flawed. Each I requested a ride or checked if any drivers are available? Money taken, but no rides! Each time a driver cancels? Money taken! You are left having to try and request again! That money is gone now! Ended having R1500+ taken from my account and no ride was ever taken.

Extremely flawed system! I'm left with no money.
