I booked a ride and canceled it because the driver needed cash instead of card payment. They charged me a cancelation fee which is fair enough but I have been requesting my refund of R300 and they kept on telling me that I will get it within 14 working days. It has been three months and am still waiting. They don't have a direct line to reach out and their watsapp support line is useless
