I requested a ride on the 21 January 2024, Driver took more than 30 minutes, I cancelled the trip. was charged R28.. for cancellation then R128.00 was taken. When I asked for refund was told to wait 14 days, it's pre-authorisation. I am asked to send screenshots of the trip daily whenever I need my money. One agent told me money was paid must go to my bank, asked for proof nothing was given. Today 25th March, I am still asked for the screenshots. I want my money, they ****ming poor people with bad servce.
