worst ever experience

I placed an order at Burger King Heerengracht at 14:04pm today. it is now 15:38pm and my order has still not showed. the driver as per the app when I called told me that they don't pick up orders from this restaurant because they are ****. Name : Ntumba K number I called ***

I then called Burger King and was advised that my food was already collected at 14:30pm by the driver who is Ntumba K the same guy I spoke to. What has happened to my food that was ordered?

Bolt does not respond to any of the messages that I have sent in there get help chat!
