Worst delivery service EVER

If i could give 0 stars i would. The amount of times I have had issues with delivery of food and then they tell me that they are not able to give a refund to my card and can only refund to their app? I couldn’t delete my account because they wont refund me to my card. Thought I’d give them another chance and it’s the same thing. The driver is just sitting in the same spot. The place i ordered from is 10 minutes away and it’s been an hour of not receiving my order yet again.
