Worst customer service for non delivery issue. Zero response after 3 hours.

Zero customer service or online help with only a chat bot that cant solve a non delivery issue. Uncaring and unbothered couriers with zero interest in assisted one whom i suspect may have ****** my delivery and **** about the entire order being ruined. Impossible to fimd a direct call helpline number. Avoid this app.
