Waiting 3 hours and order still not collected driver Pauline P

I placed a order almost 3 hours ago. It was assigned to a courier Pauline p. I tried calling her she answered once and when I asked about my order she just cancelled the call and never answered again after that. Is this a bolt food **** or just very ****py service. Why don’t Pauline cancel her trip so my food can be assigned to a different driver. I also counted bolt support and they don’t get back to me. This is such pathetic service and will not use there service again.
