Very bad and 😤 frustrating

😡 I ordered food earlier that never arrived but app still hanging. Restaurant called to say bolt delivery not arrived but my account was debited 😠😠😡😡😡. Next Couldn't get hold of restaurant and the driver didn't pitch. No no to call for driver or bolt to get my money back. Your apps helpline is useless, no one responds. I want my money back. 😡😡😠😠
