Utterly poor and disgusted service from Bolt Food

I ordered a family meal on Friday, 11 Nov at 9mp.....after checking my order at 11pm they were still looking for a courier driver after which I asked that the order be cancelled. Yesterday.just before 2pm I received a call and it was a bolt driver asking if I'm at home as he is in front with my order. This order was never cancelled and 14hrs after ordering I got my order which I was now forced to take at R314. This is utterly poor service and no support team was there to help or assist in anyway...I'm so done with Bolt food they've lost a customer just because of poor service...so disgusted with them
