Useless bolt service and team

These flipping idiots don't even deserve a 1-star, completely ***********. My delivery was delayed and collected from the restaurant 1 hour after it was ready, the delivery guys kept canceling, the bolt guys that are so-called customer service agents are useless never helped 1 bit and do not want to give their names, they take our money so fast then say they are short of drivers then why the hell accept orders???????????? Greedy for money. I had no power since 4 am i ordered food for my kids and they had to wait. When we got the food it was cold and I had no power to warm up the food
