Unsatisfactory Service

I purchased at BK Canal Walk via the app - waited for an hour for my order to come. Upon arrival it didn't have my child's juice box as well as my nacho cheese fries.

I called BK canal walk and spoke to Lolo - she advised that on their side they packed my order right and I need to get in contact with Bolt directly.

I would really like someone to call me in order to have this matter addressed because this is pathetic service from both parties.
