Terrible service terrible delivery terrible food

i have been trying to get in contact with anyone from the Bolt food team for a good few days now via the app as well as through facebook to no avail. I now try via emaol. I made an order on the 20th of April from Romans Pizza Athlone amounting to R274. 80. The order was 2 hours late. I had contact the owner of thw restaurant saying the order had been standing for morw than an hour already i contactes thw delivery driver as well he said that his app wasnt working and he was unable to collect the order because of this he even hung up the phone on me after many back and forths the restaurant owner managed to get hold of you guys to get a new delivwr driver for the order eventually the order was received cold hard and extremely unsatisfactory. I thwn tried getting hold you guys only to see that only a R100 was credited to my account that not even half of what the order costed and not nearly enough to compensate for my time, my airtime, the terrible food and service received by the bolt food company and drivers.
