Stay away from Bolt Food!!!!

Guys do not use this useless service.

On friday 11/02/2022 i ordered a meal. The app said delivered and my meal never arrived. I attempted to call the driver but his phone was switched off. I contacted Bolt and was told they will refund me as they are not sure ehat happened. I told them to refund into my account as i did not want credit and did not want to use them again.

Today 14/02/2022 I made the mistake of ordering again, guess what??? The app says delivered but again Inhave received no food. I attempted to call the driver and like my last order, his phone was off as well.

Bolt cant help at all. They just confirm that the drivers phone is off and that they will refund.

So if you are hungry, stay away from this service as you would need to order, have your food ******, get a refund and then order again and hope for the best.

Pathetic for a relatively new service.
