Random Unauthorized Charge

This company has randomly taken money out of my account. After waiting hours for someone to respond via their horrible customer service chat, they couldn't simply reverse what was done. I am still awaiting a resolution from this pathetic company. They have gone silent.

I really enjoyed using the service, great daily deals, but after having to deal with their customer service and all the **** they expect me to go through just for them to correct their wrongs, I have since deleted the app.

I don't understand how it's even legal for them to have taken money from my account. They are absolutely pathetic and I am sure what has occurred is more than frowned upon.

I haven't heard from them again and I expect that this is what occurs when clients don't moan everyday. You and your service are not worth the effort.

I tell you what, keep the money and continue your scheme-ish ways. I am sure that you're going to come short soon enough.

You are clearly in need of a reputation manager. I guess only good businesses have those.
