Poor service.

Disgusting service. Time and time again I wait hours on my food just to receive cold food but today takes the cake. I placed an order, paid for the order and now the app is telling me I should collect my order bec there are no couriers available. Does it make sense that I would use bolt food if I was able to collect the food in the first place. Besides that, that wasn't mentioned when my order was placed but after waiting for an hour they are saying that. Also, I tried sending a message on the help option on the app to refund my money but no repsonse. Poor poor service. That should be canceled.
