Poor customer service

I have been using Bolt Food service for well over 1 year. Now I have had a few occasions where my order was not received due to the driver having issues and they made effort to refund me.

This time however, I cannot be forgiving due to the cold and generic responses received by the Bolt customer service team.

I made an order last night from Colcachio's which firstly arrived over an hour late due to the driver having problems with their transport. But also the order did not contain the required items I paid for. Only to receive an automated response 2 hours after logging the issue on the app.

This morning, I receive a very unapologetic response from the customer service team with regards to the refund process. I don't really care about the refund. I care about the customer experience and I had to make an alternative arrangement as my children were hungry and could not wait for the order.

I have reached my end with this poor service delivery of this app and will rather be using other alternatives in future. I do not recommend this app to anyone.
