Pathetic service

I have never experienced such horrible service from bolt food I waited an hour for my food only for the courier to drive past me when I eventually get hold of him it sounds as if he is in a bar seriously I made a online payment my family is hungry and they waiting on the food then the courier has a nerve to tell me to collect the food at PnP Capricorn I am totally disgusted
