Pathetic Bolt food service

I have had the worse service from Bolt food. This is the fourth time. There drivers collect your food and don't deliver and they turn off their phones. You can email Bolt support and they only assist you a day or two after. They have no customer service skills and they are clearly not reliable and have unfaithful drivers. They also call then put the phone down so it seems like they made contact with you. Bolt is a joke!
