Order Never Received - I want my money back!

Ordered from RoccoMamas in Southgate through BoltFood and my order was never delivered.

As soon as I got the delivered notification from the Bolt app I called the driver to find out where he was and didn't pick up. I called the store, was asked to call the driver as the was no longer with them. I called the driver to again and finally picked up and asked him when am I getting my order and kept the on lying that he has a problem with network - that time the whole JHB south has electricity.

All I want is my refund of R326 - I'm never using BoltFood & RoccoMamas ever again.
