Order never arrived!!!

Ordered food through bolt while be sick at home. After an 1,5 of not arriving I called the driver who didn't answer his phone. Had to cancel the order. A guy by the name of Patrick call me from the call centre and really could not help me. I was ill and had no food arrive!!! Super poor service!!!
