Never use bolt food EVER!!!!

What a disappointing experience, I will never recommend this delivery app to anyone nor will I ever use it again! I placed an order for dinner for my whole family and also note there is a sick child that needs food before he can take his meds. I waited 2 hours for my food according to the app it was being delivered but the driver stood dead still in once place and when I tried calling his/her phone was on voicemail and when I asked for support the support team is still getting back to me with no response. I already paid for the food and want my money back.
