late deliver and cold meal

Kindly please assist, I have order a meal with burger king via bolt food app today. The order received was cold and drink had ice and I requested without ice. Its a cold day and image receiving a cold meal and ice drink and its loadshedding. How is one gonna enjoy that meal? The estimated time on order was 20-25mins. I only received an order 1h25 mins late??
