Jalapenos added to Pizza which we never asked for because we are allergic to Jalapenos

I ordered Pizza through bolt about a week ago. The one Pizza had jalapenos on it which we never added to the pizza. I am allergic to Jalapenos so this could of easily made my throat swell up and caused me to be rushed to hospital.

If someone does not ask for jalapenos then why add it to the Pizza? You need to be careful what if I ate it had an allergic reaction and died?

What makes me even more ****ed off is the fact that Bolt Food services just closed my message I sent them regarding this issue. I even added a picture of the Pizza that had the Jalapenos on it.

We ended up throwing the pizza away as we could not eat it due to allergies. I really thought Bolt would refund me for my pizza but clearly that's asking too much.

Soo be prepared if you order through bolt and they mess up your order you not getting the correct replacement or credited for your Food.

I don't think You actually see the importance of sending the wrong food to people. If I had not have seen the Jalapenos on the Pizza this could be a law suit right now if I had died???

Wake up you can't just close a ticket like this.
