Incorrect Amount Deduction and Poor Customer Service

Poor service , it has been over 15 days since I lodged a complaint regarding money that was deducted from my bank account when their app crashed. I have reached out three times and proper assistance wasn't provided to me. For someone who is super observant I feel sorry for individuals who utilise the app and don't check their bank statements.
