Inconsiderate.

I ordered a Gatsby on bolt food. I understand it was late but in that case the driver shouldn't have accepted my order if he knew he wasn't going to come.

Anyway.. I tried contacting customer service with no luck. I then contacted the restaurant and was advised to collect my order. I decided that since the order has already been complete I'll just uber. So bare in mind I was billed over R70 for the food including delivery, now I'm spending an additional R40 to get to the place. When I got there I was told Bolt will cancel my order and I will be refunded immediately, so I had to place a new order which this time costed R66. Checked my app and it shows my order has been delivered. I'm a female and had to uber to get my own food at past 10 and they refusing to compensate me. TERRIBLE SERVICE. This is not the 1st time they mess me over. I wouldn't recommend Bolt to anyone. They're wack and have no empathy for anyone's situations. They treat you like you're just a number.
