I just requested bolt from windmillpark to Vosloorus. The amount charged was R98. While driving the driver mentioned the price might go up. I asked why as i must pay only R98 but he said it will depend on the traffic,I then said no that's not on the condition of the ride.I will pay the price I saw. I ended up directing him to take a route that has no traffic which there was none indeed. The driver cancelled me while driving before we can arrive at the destination. On arrival he showed me his phone charging me R105 for the ride. A customer pays a price they see as per CPA. I warn everyone using bolt to be ware. Which means its how they ***** consumers
