bolt took money from my account, and driver stole money fro me to.

their excuse is they did a refund, it is 1 month going on for 2 months now and not a single cent has been refunded and i have sent proof from my bank that nothing has been refunded and the driver has not returned the money he stole.

stay away from bolt as i am going to court and bolt will be sued and shut down and all staff will be arrested
