Driver stole my order he collected.

Ordered a meal by Rocco Mama's Vangate Mall. 29th October 2022 for delivery. Order placed at 17:24pm. At 17:58 order was being prepared still as per app. At 17:59 order was delivered as per app. At 17:59 I get a call from bolt saying that they will investigate cause the driver told them when he got to the restaurant that I collected. I immediately called the restaurant and the manager confirmed that the order was given to the driver. Both myself and the manager tried calling the driver he kept canceling the call. No one at Bolt ever called me back. The manager at Vangate Roco Mama's however did call me to advise that this was not the first complain about bolt drivers collecting food and not delivering the clients paid orders. This is theft and based on the small consumers act I will open a case against bolt food.. 2 hours of numerous request and no one at bolt ever called me after notifying them about the incident. Are you guys employing *****'s to ripp of consumers?
