DO NOT USE BOLT FOOD!!! BIGGEST ****😡😠😤

I ordered food at 16:30 and my order was picked up by the driver. Along the way he stopped 2 hours went by and he was still standing at the same Position. The restaurant I ordered from is 13 mins away. I tried calling the driver he ddnt answer. I sent him a text and he responded to say he can't come because his phone is broken. The help chat on Bolt food is also a waste of time, no one responds. I want my refund
