DO NOT USE BOLT FOOD

I hope you can assist.i ordered food from Atlantic fisheries via bolt food the amount of R60.89 was deducted from account,i was suppose to get the order at 19:33 i waited till 20:04 when i contacted the driver he advised that we meet somewhere far from home as he got lost on his way to my address.i contacted the driver again and he did not pick up next thing my order showed that it was delivered.order number:#3U5GO.The drivers name is Ntunzwenimana F.all i need is my money as i cannot pay for something i did not eat .Thank you
