With Bolt Food, you never know the experience you will have. Some orders are delivered on time and correctly whereas other orders you request a refund as they needed to assign 3 different drivers.

I suspect that Bolt Drivers also work for Uber/Mr Delivery and give those orders first priority. Hence the need for Support to reassign a different driver.

The specials are great though and Support attends to your query relatively quickly.

Bolt Food needs to accumulate more drivers and vet them in such a manner to ensure responsibility and accountability.
