DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM BOLT FOOD LAST NIGHT!!

Dear Public, Last night I had the most disgusting service last night. I ordered 1 drink and 1 meal from KAUAI Morningside Virgin Active at 19h38. KAUAI Morningside Virgin Active is exactly 2,8 km away!

By approximately 21h00 I drove there by myself, as the delivery time was 21h56! When I called the driver he picked up the phone, aid "it will be here now now" & put the phone down whilst I was talking. He then ignored all further calls.

At 21h15 I got a message from Bolt Food, on my phone app saying they had spoken to KAUAI Morningside Virgin Active and that I had picked it up. They then asked how my food was. FIRSTLY THE FOOD WAS COLD!! SECONDLY THE DRINK WAS SPOILED AS IT WAS WAITING FOR SO LONG! THRIDLY, Bolt Food did NOTHING to deliver it. FINALY they closed the call and showed it as being 'delivered'.

TOTALLY DISGUSTING TREATMENT FOR MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH BOLT FOOD!!

Has anybody else had an experience like this with Bolt Food & KAUAI Morningside Virgin Active?
