I ordered food and the driver driving pulls up so fast that he tips the entire bike food distroyed gets up gives me the order I check that his OK nd as I'm check the food the driver drives off I the open the order nd the food is a mess I wouldn't serve that to any human nd I had company which is why I ordered to begin with I send in a complaint on the help option on the app with pics nd they refund me r40 after spending r153.50 I continued to engage with them only for then to tell me that they will not refund me the r153.50 I spent into my account or collect the food.
