Bolt Is ****** useless

Their system keeps updating to an address that isn't my saved address. I saw the incorrect address and tried calling the courier and he didn't answer. I contacted the help desk to change the address before he arrived at the wrong address to change the address. No help or assistance.

The driver contacts me later and says his phone is home .

How is that my issue. So now I don't have my food and they don't want to reimburse when I attempted so many times to fix it
