Bolt Foods Kuk Service

I ordered food through Bolt Foods at Hungry Lion at 1pm today, 25th October 2022. It is now 2:15 and I am still waiting for the food. This driver is about 20 minutes away from my house and still driving in the wrong direction. This service is utterly disgusting. There is no way for me to contact the driver and i cannot even see why or how he is taking so long! If I am 1c short Bolt Foods would never process my order, however when my "estimated time of delivery" changes 8 times in an hour I must just accept it!?

This is ****ing ridiculous and pathetic excuse for customer service. It's not a wonder majority of the Bolt Drivers gets killed and hijacked because its Karma.

Sort your ****ing people out! ****ing waste of time!
