Bolt Foods is ****

So places an order with Bolt Foods, opted for cash payment. Driver came and did not have a change and he went back with the food coz there was no way I was going to give him my R200

The ****** charged me anyways even though driver went back with the food and their service agent sent me a message that it's not the drivers fault that there was no change so how is thata good customer service? Mr F drivers bring change for cash orders and why is Bolt drivers different?? They just want to milk money out of their customers and they just happen to inconvenience most of my colleagues.

Do not use Bolt food if you know what's good for you.
