Bolt foods are terrible service along with their customer service

Order food at 9 and delivery was scheduled for 21:45. It keep getting later till eventually it was something to 11. Their driver phone was off and the place I ordered food from and nobody had the decency to contact me. By quarter to 11 I contacted bolt and they told me the delivery won’t come. So I had to reach out and we all know in Cape Town with the lockdown levels all food places was close by then. Piece of **** service will never recommend anybody to use that piece of **** app
