Bolt food worst ever

The worst experience ever, I ordered food through the app, waited for the courier to accept the food and deliver it... the stores now closed after waiting almost an hour... I queried the order through the help options on the app even more useless no replies raised a few queries and still never got my money back the worst service ever please ban this app
