BOLT FOOD REFUND DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY

I ordered food 21 November 2021,cost me R135 and my order was canceled because delivery guy got a puncture. Problem is R135 was deducted and I got a call saying they'll reverse the amount since delivery failed, we'll it's been 8 days and I'm still waiting for my money to be reversed as promised.
