Bolt Food - never again!

Will never use them again and hope as many people can see this review. We ordered food at 6.30pm and the driver was sitting with our food 4 mins away in the same location we are in - we phone him to ask where our food is and he says he delivered it, we told him we phoned the branch and they said our food was picked up he than drives back and get another order. The second time (7.15pm) he drives stops in the 3rd road close to us, doesnt even move and he inserts that he delivered the food. We cant get ahold of him his phone is off. We phoned bolt and the person we even spoke to said "these drivers are *************". Its (20.30pm) and we still dont have our food. Imagine being a customer and you see where someone is driving with your food, all kinds of places! I hope that they can find the driver and deal with this current sistuation.
