BOLT FOOD IS SHOCKING!

Before I started writing this I checked the previous reviews and see that there are so many and the business has never rep**** to any. This review seems absolutely fruitless but here goes.

I have used them four times. They have botched three of them. They stuffed up my spur order, and sushi box order, and now, on Saturday they topped that with Simply Asia. I ordered their special from Cavendish Square (20% off). The driver collected the food after 35 mins, all good. He then took 45 mins to deliver it as he picked up food elsewhere, did another delivery, and then got to me with upside-down stir-fries. Two of the four boxes were open in the bag with noodles and sauce falling out. The order was incorrect, I ordered 2 x 504 and got a 504 and a 505. I complained on the app and they have not attempted to contact me, refund me, or anything. If I had a decent brand of food, I would not let a company like this transport it. All for job creation and love Mr. D but there needs to be a standard and Bolt Food has zero standards or customer service.
