Bolt Food is about thievery and terrible service

Completely *********** service. I have been charged for orders that didn't clear, for cancelled orders and drivers have taken 2 hours bringing my food and the support team couldn't fix any of these. They keep telling me "the refund has been processed" but I have seen neither hair nor hide of my money. Is it possible to sue?
